| Description: | System Engineer / System Support Technician Responsibilities: Provide installation and maintenance services on Marine Satellite Communication systems Provide basic desktop / applications troubleshooting Attend to customers at all levels in high pressure environment Attend to out-of-hours on-call service during evenings and weekends on a rota basis International travel may be required occasionally Act as secondary helpdesk as 1st level support Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Marine Satellite Communication systems (Inmarsat, Iridium VSAT) Good team player Pleasant personality and ability to interact well with people from all levels as well as excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently, self motivated and excel in a fast pace working environment Certifications in Microsoft / Cisco will be an added advantage System Support Technician Responsibilities: Provide 1st level helpdesk support on Marine Satellite Communication systems Provide helpdesk support on desktop / applications Attend to customers at all levels in high pressure environment Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Marine Satellite Communication systems (Inmarsat, Iridium VSAT) Good team player Pleasant personality and ability to interact well with people from all levels as well as excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently, self motivated and excel in a fast pace working environment Interested parties, please send in your most updated resumes stating your curent and expected salary below | ||
