| Description: | Our client is an International financial vendor solutions company, providing treasury and risk management solutions to the financial industry- risk and treasury. They are looking for a consultant to be based in their Jakarta, Indonesia or KL, Malaysia office: Financial Application Consultants/ Specialists , Front-office ( Kondor+) Responsibilities: · To provide consulting and some on-going support to new and existing clients. · Develop and demonstrate competence in Front-Office or Middle office products. · Work under supervision of project manger and/or Services manager as part of the implementation team to conduct user requirements analysis and design, configure the Reuters Trade and Risk applications, determine and meet the clients training needs, assist with user acceptance testing and sign-off and to understand and assist with data conversion and transformation · Able to assist Project Managers to eliminate risks and increase the likelihood of project success through the provision of advice and guidance during project planning, project risk assessment and during the project implementation cycle. · Build relationships with clients, understanding their systems and business requirements. Thus being well positioned in giving advice on resolving and developing their use of our solutions and products from a functional perspective. Requirements : · A Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in the financial institutions, with the basic knowledge of back office operations · In-depth knowledge of front-office operations, such as deal processing, position management, hedging strategies, regulatory reporting etc. · Good knowledge of Kondor + either as a user or as part of an implementation/IT team. · In-depth knowledge of financial markets (Fores, Money Market, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Structured products etc.) · SQL (Transact SQL) programming/ familiarity with working in an Unix/ Sun Solaris and/or IBM AIX environment using a Sybase RDBMS, will be an added advantage. · Annual Remuneration: RM 140K- 250K per year.
