| Description: | An excellent opportunity exists for an experience C# developer to work closely with global business users in the Prime Services Group. Our client is a leading global financial institution. The role will suit an experienced and independent individual who is experienced in C#.NET development and keen to grow their career in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: •Managing the Prime Services development team and interfacing with development teams and Business Analysts in globally •To analyse / understand complex problems, make sound technical decisions/recommendations, and communicate solutions in a proactive manner •Supporting and developing the trading applications for the Managed Lending and Securities Financing business •Managing requirements across the full development life-cycle •Adhere to the bank’s global standards on development and support •Provide quality assurance on development Requirements: •3+ years leading a development team with multiple simultaneous software development projects •10+ years developing software in a structured team-based environment •Experience in Microsoft .Net (C#) and Sybase with additional functionality developed using MQ, EMS (Tibco), Visual Basic and Crystal Reports •Experience in development of winform and webform database applications using c# •Strong in OO design concepts •Demonstrated success on globally distributed teams •3+ years experience using a structured project management process •Experience supporting and releasing software into mission critical global systems •Demonstrated success influencing teamwork and collaboration •Experience implementing organizational transformations •Possesses Strong analytical skills to understand and critique specifications, confident to push back on unclear requirements •Project lifecycle experience: delivery on at least 2 large scale, highly complex projects •Strong English Language skills.
