| Description: | This position is responsible for designing, configuring, supporting SOE network firewall security platforms, with understanding of IDS/IPS, VPN, 802.1x network access control and IP Telephony security technologies. This individual will also contribute to the network & security architecture and engineering design in the area of security ports and protocol, innovation and technology. Responsibilities: Lead and/or participate in technical security planning, engineering and architecture. Provide technical security requirements and guidance to ensure SOE security design and implementation meet compliance requirements and best practice. Develop and maintain technical security standards, and provide guidance and assistance to developers, system administrators, and IT architects in the implementation and adherence to technical standards Develop technical operation procedures and manuals for various SOE firewall security components/devices. Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for firewall security device operations Develop detailed technical firewall security specifications for hardware and software evaluation and security testing. Coordinate with Infrastructure and Operation team to streamline firewall security architecture/engineering/operation processes. Lead and/or participate in the development of firewall security policies, standards, ports & protocol, procedures, and guidelines in the respectively responsible area(s). Qualification: 3-5+ years relevant work experience in networks and information firewall security technologies. Practical knowledge of network perimeter security (firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN), 802.1x network access control, and IP Telephony security Diverse knowledge of the industrial network security technology trends, products and risks, and vendor evaluation skill. Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Sidewinder, Secure Computing, ISS, Symantec security products is required. Technical certificates from Cisco, Secure Computing, ISS, Symantec are strongly preferred. CISSP is a plus Only Singaporeans need apply, short listed candidates will be contacted.
