Description:	Manager (SR) Financial IT Project Management Singapore Major Responsibilities/Essential Funcitons: This position will partner with front office, Fixed Income Sales and Research desks to drive deployment of the cross-platform solutions to internal and external clients. Primary Responsibilities includes: Manage relationship with front office sponsors that include end-to-end implementation of enhancements, modifications and new features. Serve as subject matter expert on client workflow, platform technology and value proposition for each product desk. Manage client delivery against book of work and business priorities. Liase with development teams to assist in design, assembly, customization and delivery of web page content (calculators, graphs, grids, charts) onto the platform. Travel to client locations, as directed by the front office sponsors, to demonstrate, implement, train and deploy the solution. Monitor development and support efforts provided to regional clients. Subject Matter/Business Expertise In dept recent knowledge of Fixed Income business, including Fixed Income, Research desk process flow, is required. Technical Skills The primiary platform provides real-time data, analytics and analysis tools for sales, trading and research to collaborate with customers on current and future trade ideas. The system uses a Java-based front-end, communicating via XML with a Windows 2000/XP application layer. Candidate must have some hands-on experience programming with C++ on a Windows 2000/XP platform and XML & JavaScript in a web-based environment. Candidate should have a working knowledge of other mixed infrastructure environments and tools. He/she should have very strong communication and interpersonal skills to work independently on business development activities, gather specs and provide support to internal and external users. Education A bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering or Computer Science is required. Graduate work and/or further education in Finance, Mathematics or other Quantitative Science would be a real plus.
