| Description: | Solutions Delivery Manager JOB SCOPE • Perform environment studies, end-user requirement gathering and develop detailed specifications • Conceptualize and implement enterprise solutions, secure and manage corporate endpoints (desktops/servers) • Develop implementation plan REQUIREMENTS : • Degree/Diploma in IT related discipline • Minimum 5 years working experience in Microsoft Windows and Exchange Implementation and support • Experienced in a lead ship position providing guidance to a technical team • Knowledge in networking with certification would be advantageous • Accountable and ability to take stress and responsibility • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment • Excellent interpersonal, communication and documentation skills • Ability to front customer engagement and engage in crisis management | ||
