Description:	LEVEL 1.5 - Contonese/Mandarin OR Korean - Network Controller RESPONSIBILITIES: To proactively manage and monitor network performance on customers network round the clock (7x24) to meet customers' Service Level expectations To systematically analyse and diagnose network faults Conduct root cause analysis on network fault To effectively manage service providers and equipment vendors To articulate well with customer's technical and management staff on network issues (eg. Fault reporting, notification and escalation) REQUIREMENTS: Preference given to Degree holder in Electronic or Telecommunications or related discipline. Min 3 years' related working experience in telecommunications industry Cisco CCNA or Cisco CCNP certifications are highly desirable Strong hands-on experience in managing WAN networks and Cisco routers. Strong technical knowledge in WAN/LAN networking, Telecommunication Products and services (eg. Private Leased line, MPLS, Frame Relay, Broadband and ISDN) Good understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP and VOIP. Working knowledge of Network Element Management System (eg. SMARTS, VitalNet and Concord) Knowledge of UNIX and Remedy Ticketing System will be an advantage.
